WinMerge Icon Set Revision 3

Changes:
1. Overhauled and outlined the Arrow so that it doesn't
blend into backgrounds -- giving it a more distinct
arrow look.

2. Removed the translucency look to the 16 color icons.

This zip archive includes the following:

WinMerge_Icon_Set.ico - This includes all the following
size formats:
128x128x32, 48x48x32, 32x32x32, 48x48x8, 32x32x8,
16x16x8, 48x48x4, 32x32x4, and 16x16x4.

Also included are all the icons in their individual
states; Including the .ACT palette information for the
256 (8-bit) icons.

Only "WinMerge_Icon_Set.ico" should be used and the
rest stored in source control.

buggy. Please do not apply this patch until I can confirm
and/or fix the issue.

There was a misunderstanding. There is no known glitch with
this and the patch may be submitted.

So you want to have all those separate .ico (and .act?)
files in CVS? Traditionally we've added just that "combined"
.ico file which is used by compiler.

I don't want those files to Src/res, since all files there
are used by compiler. But we can add new folder ("Art" or
something like that) where we can add this kind of files we
don't directly use for compiler but are useful to have in CVS.

It's not necessary to store the other files. You can just
keep the Set.
