The context menu copy operations are not quite
wired up in the source.
I wired them up, and also revised the format string
"Copy file to left:" instead of "Copy file to"
because I wanted the clarity.
Patch is attached, although note that this patch
also changes the dsp to use CR/LF (because I had to
make that change to the dsp in order to compile at all,
and I don't know how to exclude the dsp from the
cvs diff)
