[Winmerge-development] [winmerge] Request to participate in the project

Hi every one,

My name is David. I'm Colombian, I speak spanish, so excuse me for my 
english.
I'm interesting to participate as a developer in winmerge project.
In work I use Windows (and we use winmerge all the time), but at home 
I'm a Linux user from 5 years ago now. Also I've a very good level in 
C++/Qt,  one year ago I started to develope a GUI (in C++/Qt) for a 
Network Emulator which exists only for the linux console, as a Open 
Source Project.
With my abilities I think I could help with the new GUI for winmerge 3 
based in Qt, translations, tests or other things that you consider 
necessary.

I like share my knowledges and not to waste them. I would be pleased 
helping in this project.
