Hi I am a big fan of win merge. It has been very helpful to me helping a blind man with his music files. He has a Dell XPS 400 and your app worked super fast when he had the Windows XP OS. He recently changed to Windows 7 and I reinstalled winmerge. Now it runs incredibly slow. It takes over an hour to do what it did before in a few minutes. Could you please advise me on a course of action to fix this? Please reply all so that the blind man gets the msg. Thanks so much.
