Both patches (diff/TortoiseSVN) and updated files are
OK for us.

Please don't send executable/dll files by e-mail. I
won't run/use those (and hope nodoby else will) for
obvious reasons. As the change is one string change,
I copy/pasted it to the RC file myself. But sending
patch or whole updated RC files is the correct way.
I added the updates as new patch item to our patch
