Yes, this is what I'm trying to do. We get a lot of patches submitted, and
since I'm using WinMerge anyway, it would make sense to use it if it's
capable of it.
Seeing as the program is called Win*Merge* and the home page says "Merge
differences" as one of the features, I wondered if there was something I
didn't understand in the UI. But maybe it's not implemented.
