[Winmerge-announce] WinMerge 2.4.6 released

We have now released WinMerge 2.4.6, a new stable version with bugfixes and
translation updates.

Important changes after 2.4.4 stable release:

- many diffengine fixes and improvements
- Ctrl+F3 and Shift+Ctrl+F3 work now for finding selected text
- ClearCase support improvement
(WinMerge recognizes commandline parameters CC gives to it)
- project file is opened only when one file is drag&dropped
(can now compare two project files drag&dropping them to WinMerge)
- support for Unicode file filter files
- new plugin to compare MS Excel files
- bugfix: resource leak in ShellExtension
- bugfix: WinMerge kept compared folders locked
- bugfix: copying unique binary file preserves binary status
- bugfix: crash when merging out-of-sync difference
- bugfixes for linedifference highlight
- translation updates
