[Winmerge-announce] WinMerge beta 2.1.4.0 released

We have now released WinMerge beta 2.1.4.0

New in this beta release is support for filter plugins, and some samples are
also included.

There is an extra horizontal diffpane.

You can now output a diff file in various formats.

Last but certainly not least, this version also includes WinMergeU.exe which
has unicode support.
