[Winmerge-support] Dual monitor support

Hi all,

I am finding that on my dual monitor setup WinMerge is opening up on the
same monitor all the time. It's opening up on my primary monitor. I work
mostly on my secondary monitor. So I have TortoiseSVN running on monitor 2,
but WinMerge always opens up on monitor 1. Is there anyway to get WinMerge
to open up on the same monitor it was opened the last time? Or maybe to get
it to open on the monitor where the user currently has focus?
