Dear Sir/Madam, Please give us approval to post your software WinMerge on our site. We are pursuing a major plan to develop a download site, which introduces non-Japanese software to the people of Japan though we, Altech Co., Ltd., are importing company in Japan. We perceive that many Japanese people are not fluent in English, and are reluctant to devote too much time and energy to browse sites written in English.
