[Winmerge-support] catalan translation of WinMerge

Hi,

    I'm Jordi Vilar, from Catalonia. I'm a C++ developer and I'm interested
in preservation of my language (catalan) -currently it's not clear if it
will survive, because it's being aggressively substituted by spanish and
french-.

    I'm currently using WinMerge and I think it's a great tool. I'm
currently translating it to catalan, and I wish to share that translation.
I'm using the last english version in the repositoy as template.

    Please, let me know if you are interested in the catalan translation.
