#1251 Implement display scaling awareness (DPI-Aware application)

Now that high-resolution displays are becoming more commonplace, it would be great to see a "DPI-Aware" version of WinMerge.

Currently (as of version 2.14.0.0), the WinMerge interface is scaled and appears "pixelated" on high-resolution displays. Specifically, on "Ultra HD" AKA "4K" displays, which typically have a resolution of 3840 px wide by 2160 px high, WinMerge does not take advantage of the higher resolution to produce a clean, crisp and sharp appearance.
