I think the most users change the WinMerge font at the first time they use the program and not many times. And the font size can change easily with "Zoom In/Out".
So in my opinion could be the font selection good moved to the options. In this case could be the font name and font size also shown in a textbox, like "Arial, 12pt":

Good point. Font selection isn't needed in the menu.
Not sure if you meant it, but I'd rather have one tab for selecting fonts for both file- and folder compare.

I think at *one* property page with *two* group boxes. One group box for "File compare" and one for "Folder compare". SF.net broke my nice ASCII art. ;-)
