#765 generate patch does not use "ignore DOS/UNIX/Mac CR" differe

Steps to reproduce:

1. Load files with different CR settings e.g. DOS vs.
UNIX (and request CR differences to be ignored)
2. File comparison displays changes correctly
3. Generate patch will generate the whole file being
different (generating incorrect patch)

Yes, thats how it was planned - patch creating settings are
independent from filecompare compare settings.

(kind of) workaround is to convert file's EOL type to same
before making a patch file. You can do this from menu:
File/Format for.. (and save file with save as.. with another
filename if you don't want to overwrite original.

hmm ... it seems the patch generated should reflect what is
currently visible on the screen (one verifies on the screen,
than generates the patch?)
