I'm thinking you have to go through another script that calls this script instead of just linking straight to it. In this way the other script will load the appropriate theme. This script does not load a theme. I don't even think I've put that file up! Still, why does it have no theme in the folder name?! I'll look into getting the file up there. You are right. All images which are not displayed, had a missing theme name in their url (//). But the user demo does have a theme defined in table WWW_Users while still appears a link without a theme. http://weberp.zion-it.com/weberp/PDFOrderStatus.php? the url of image not displayed is: http://weberp.zion-it.com/weberp/css//images/webERP+sm.gif ----- Original Message ----- From: "skaill" <sk...@ro...> To: <web...@li...> Sent: Sunday, October 10, 2004 12:04 PM Subject: Re: [Web-erp-developers] /web-erp/css//images/menucurve.gif was not found on this server. > When I go there now it all seems to be working well. > > In PrintCustOrder there was no theme defined for the account logged into and > so it didn't find the menucurve.gif. When I go there now it all seems to be working well. In PrintCustOrder there was no theme defined for the account logged into and so it didn't find the menucurve.gif. There are two // in a row instead of a theme name. All accounts need to have a default theme = professional to start with. I think the default should actually be loaded from config.php and if the account has it blank then the system would use that default theme. Also it would be used when creating new accounts. Here's PaymentTerms.php including diff... A couple of points about the last 3 scripts: 1) I may have enclosed \n within single quotes. I'm not sure if php can translate that within single quotes. It's so common I would think so but possibly it needs double quotes... 2) I'm not 100% sure whether I'm doing the printf's correctly. I'm leaving them alone as much as possible but when there is something within that needs translating I'm terminating the string before with double quotes, concatenating the translated part and then resuming with double quotes. What bothers me most is there are double quotes sometimes within the double quote string! I guess that works... I'm thinking I'm doing these correctly but please let me know whether I am or not so I know for sure in the future... We can only do so much, especially at a time. What we are doing goes a long, long way. Sounds like pfds will likely have trouble and they would have to find some other reporting solution or at least modify the existing class. I'm thinking the rest of the system will handle Chinese when we're done although it probably won't be too pretty. The question is whether all the others handle it any better... This will need some research since alternative fonts may well be required and character sets and it all gets a bit technical I was hoping a scientist could figure this out. With pdf.php class from R & OS that we are using, we can only use single bit fonts. I understand most True Type fonts can be converted to single bit fonts in a .afm file and things will work. I am not entirely sure but I think the character set will be set by gettext when the _() function gets called. My conversion of the pdf scripts to date has been a simple string substitution and the technical stuff is yet to be resolved. I am hoping there is a way around this. I suspect for double byte character sets like Chinese - there will not be :-( Phil |

This link now seems to work fine for me. Possibly you have fixed somehow...or I'm not sure what's going wrong... I'm not sure what we're getting at here. Is PrintCustOrder.php a problem? Does it try to access an absolute name instead of relative or something? What I'm hearing so far is that some files have extra returns and linefeeds in them. I can't access the issue because the link does not work for me and the attached file is unreadable. Dick, is there something I need to do to ensure all the files work on the server?
