Hi all , I try to  return in   CounterReturns.php  Please any help with  this
error  :

Error de Base de Datos 1452 :  Cannot insert a GL transaction for the bank
account debit
Cannot add or update a child row: a foreign key constraint fails
(`weberp_databse`.`gltrans`, CONSTRAINT `gltrans_ibfk_1` FOREIGN KEY
(`account`) REFERENCES `chartmaster` (`accountcode`))
Database Rollback Due to Error Above : Rolling Back Transaction OK

use for includes and for modified DefineXXXXClass.php scripts.

Anyway for those willing to contribute for the greater good who consider
this to be a worthy initiative then maybe I could split up the scripts
and we work through the scripts together? If you can give some time to
this let me know and I will set out a plan.

Would it be possible to have two sets of directory trees under the weberp top
level directory:

weberp/user
weberp/system

Aside from a small number of scripts in the weberp directory, the remaining
scripts would be found first by finding the script/data in the weberp/user
tree and if not found using the script/data in the weberp/system tree.

One would expect a small number of scripts in the weberp/user tree.

For our system, almost all of the customized scripts have not changed for
many years.

Please take note that, with this change, the tax category 'Freight' inside
database must be in en-GB (British English), not translated. Translation is
done in a normal way inside DatabaseTranslations.php.

[WebERP-developers] Added System Parameter for Customer Invoice/Shipment

Every release of webERP has a large number of edits to allow various items to
need our company's needs.  We expect the items that are based on corporate
style, i.e. look of quotations, invoices and packing slips will have to
changed.

Other changes are not necessarily specific to our operation, but of a
general nature and involve some simple choices.  One such is the default of
quantity entry on customer invoices and shipping documents.  The webERP
default of always invoicing the order amount does not work in  our
environment where a customer order always involves multiple
shipments/invoices.

Exson had provided a simple change to the DefineCartClass that solved this
problem.

I have added a configuration item: InvoiceQuantityDefault and made the
necessary edits so that such will be available as an option in the system
configuration.

Changes were made to the following files:

/includes/DefineCartClass.php
/sql/mysql/upgrade4.11.2-4.11.4.sql
/sql/mysql/country/default.sql
/sql/mysql/country/demo.sql
/sql/mysql/country/weberpchina.sql

        I've received a bug report from webERP Chinese community QQ group.
Suppliers data cannot be input due to some html pattern properties were
added extra blank before curly brackets in Suppliers.php.

        Not sure the affected scope. We maybe need a second release
immediately if affected lots of scripts.

I've rolled up the latest into a new release.

Rafael has been busy - quite a big contribution from Rafael in this 
release - adding context sensitive links to the manual from whatever 
page the manual is called from as well as tidy up and consistency work. 
Also modifications to allow system database data to be translated for 
transaction types
Andrew Galuski's work to allow only certain users to see specific 
inventory locations that they have been allowed. Users need to be given 
specific access now to each location. Also Andrew's dashboard comes up 
on login now to give an over-view of current order, inventory etc.
Exson, Ricard, Paul T, icedlava and I continue to fix the odd annoyances 
and there are a few fixed here.
There is a nice new Xenos theme from Khwunchai J

              I've received a question about components cost change in my
website. The scenario looks like this:

              There are products were manufactured between Sept 1 to Sept
30. And the component cost is 100.  Later we found that the component cost
should be 90 since Sept 15 on Oct 1.  
              Is it possible to correct it since Sept 15 automatically?

decimal places and change the LocalCurrencyPrices to 5 decimal places. It
currently solves the problem for my tests, but not sure if it's gives enough
precision for all situation.

Sorry, I don't understand. What is the issue with the  mbflag=='M' ? I
think I did not change the logic where the QOO was, just the abstraction
(at least that was my goal).

If you refer to the issue that InventoryPlanningPrefSupplier, InventoryPlanning
and StockLocStatus did not used the WO to get the QOO, I think it's still
used as some items can be bought or manufactured at the same time, so it's
important to know how many you already have ordered (via PO or via WO).

Regarding the $db: I did it as many other functions in the same include
file use $db as a parameter. Would be good if we do not need it (KISS
principle). Could you please point me to an example on how to use it
properly as a global?

we retrieve the price when we create the invoice instead of calculating it
by foreign exchange.

The MySQL table changes appear to make sense, but we have the problem of
properly identifying the process revisions and production history.  There
are a number of areas that need to know and deal with such information.  The
following is coding of inventory could work:

<product code>_<product revision>_<routing>_<routing revision>

It would be assumed that in normal operation the latest active item would be
produced and sold.  Salesmen would for normal sales, quote <product> and the
system would automatically select the most recent active product (<product
code>_<product revision>_<routing>_<routing revision>).  Order
acknowledgements, shipping documents, work orders, etc. would normally
default to the most recent active product.

We need to be able to know the full pedigree of the parts sold.

There are times when one must produce a product to an earlier revision.  One
would need to be able to select the full product code.  One could end up
with a very large number of fully qualified product codes.
