Hi Gilberto: It happens in ALL table sorts in webERP if you use , (comma) as the thousand separator and . (decimal point) as decimal separator. The example given was from Main Menu / Sales / Inquiries and Reports / Top Sales Items Report, but any table shows the same issue. Thanks! Hi all: The nice feature allowing to sort a table does not work OK, once the number has been formatted. Please check the attachement file, a fragment of top sales Items list, sorted by Value of Sales ascenting. Positions 4 and 5 are wrong, 7, 10 are wrong, etc. Total Invoiced column works OK, so I guess it has to do with the format of the number. I have no clue on how it works or how to fix it. Could someone smart , please take a look? :-) Regards, Ricard |

But please post what is url of your report or what is menu options for access your report to all of we understand. thanks. 2014-11-07 5:23 GMT-02:00 Pak Ricard <pak...@gm...>: > Hi all: > > The nice feature allowing to sort a table does not work OK, once the > number has been formatted. > > Please check the attachement file, a fragment of top sales Items list, > sorted by Value of Sales ascenting. Hi all Z_DeleteInvoice do not clear the qty_invoiced from the invoice to the sales order see line 121 $SQL = "UPDATE salesorderdetails SET qtyinvoiced = qtyinvoiced - " . $OrderLine['qty'] . “, as $OrderLine[‘qty’] from stock moves is negative internally it’s adding it in reality so at the end of the deletion you end up with salesorderdetails.qtyinvoiced doubled instead of cleared. Can i simply change the “-“ with “+” and all is well ? or there is a finer point that i don’t get ? thanks all Alessandro Saporetti |

Yes - it is not quite clear on the best approach. It really is not nice to rely on this hard coded FREIGHT and now to translate FREIGHT and rely on the translated _('FREIGHT') existing in the database. Maybe the better approach is to have a config option that defines the tax category that freight should belong to. Freight is hard coded in the scripts. The small change works and "Freight" is translated into "Shipping" in the displays. In any case Freight is a common term in the US. The small change just needs to be made in DefineCartClass.php and no database changes were needed. So bob actually needs a "Shipping" tax category now and can lose the freight one Regards Phil Phil Daintree Cell: +64 (0) 275 567890 http://www.logicworks.co.nz On 28 October 2014 12:01:46 PM NZDT, "Rafael Chacón" <raf...@gm...> wrote: >Hi Bob, > >Sorry for my English. Hi Bob, Sorry for my English. I want to say: if you have a file "DatabaseTranslations.php" in the folder /includes. The purpose of the file "DatabaseTranslations.php" is to translate "Freight" when it is shown in the display, instead of translate this tax category inside the database. When you include this file (DatabaseTranslations.php), you should delete the translation in the other scripts. Inside includes/DefineCartClass.php in line 372: * With file "DatabaseTranslations.php" (tax category is in en-GB): $sql = "SELECT taxcatid FROM taxcategories WHERE taxcatname='Freight'";// This tax category is hardcoded inside the database. * Without file "DatabaseTranslations.php" (Tax category is translated inside the database): $sql = "SELECT taxcatid FROM taxcategories WHERE taxcatname='" . _('Freight') . "'";// This tax category is hardcoded inside the database. Best regards, Rafael 2014-10-27 16:30 GMT-06:00 rfthomas <rf...@as...>: > Raphael, > > There are no includes in DefineCartClass.php. The distribution was downloaded on 10/14/2014. According to SourceForge it was created on 10/13/2014. The number of changed scripts from 4.11.3 to 4.11.5 break down as follows: There are 35 new scripts 262 modified scripts - over 50% of the scripts have been modified. The changes range from trivial (formatting text for legibility) to total rewrites. Hi! I create a link [1] with a php version 5.0.4 (date 2005) with all step by step that some one must follow to put php works. On link [2] we found complete php 5.0.4 (dated from 2005). Link [2] will work until 2014-12-31 23:59. Fragment of install.txt that explain how install php extension is transcript following lines: If necessary additional explanations howto please let me know. Regards. ___________________________________________________________ Installation of extensions on Windows After installing PHP and a webserver on Windows, you will probably want to install some extensions for added functionality. You can choose which extensions you would like to load when PHP starts by modifying your php.ini. You can also load a module dynamically in your script using dl(). The DLLs for PHP extensions are prefixed with php_. Note: In PHP 4.3.1 BCMath, Calendar, COM, Ctype, FTP, MySQL, ODBC, Overload, PCRE, Session, Tokenizer, WDDX, XML and Zlib support is built in. You don't need to load any additional extensions in order to use these functions. See your distributions README.txt or install.txt or this table for a list of built in modules. The default location PHP searches for extensions is c:\php4\extensions in PHP 4 and c:\php5 in PHP 5. To change this setting to reflect your setup of PHP edit your php.ini file: * You will need to change the extension_dir setting to point to the directory where your extensions lives, or where you have placed your php_*.dll files. Please do not forget the last backslash. For example: extension_dir = c:/php/extensions/ * Enable the extension(s) in php.ini you want to use by uncommenting the extension=php_*.dll lines in php.ini. This is done by deleting the leading ; from the extension you want to load. Example 2-8. Enable Bzip2 extension for PHP-Windows // change the following line from ... ;extension=php_bz2.dll // ... to extension=php_bz2.dll * Some of the extensions need extra DLLs to work. Couple of them can be found in the distribution package, in the C:\php\dlls\ folder in PHP 4 or in the main folder in PHP 5, but some, for example Oracle (php_oci8.dll) require DLLs which are not bundled with the distribution package. If you are installing PHP 4, copy the bundled DLLs from C:\php\dlls folder to the main C:\php folder. Don't forget to include C:\php in the system PATH (this process is explained in a separate FAQ entry). * Some of these DLLs are not bundled with the PHP distribution. See each extensions documentation page for details. Also, read the manual section titled Installation of PECL extensions for details on PECL. An increasingly large number of PHP extensions are found in PECL, and these extensions require a separate download. Note: If you are running a server module version of PHP remember to restart your webserver to reflect your changes to php.ini. The following table describes some of the extensions available and required additional dlls. Table 2-1. *Dear all,* The description in PHP manual for crypt() is /crypt() will return a hashed string using the standard Unix DES-based algorithm or alternative algorithms that may be available on the system./ . It seems like a OS dependable functon. So if the php not installed in Unix system, users have to install the mcrypt extension. And I've checked the extension in wampserver2.2, there is no such one availble. And the php.ini has a option, but only provide a unix-like explaination as following: ; Directory where to load mcrypt algorithms ; Default: Compiled in into libmcrypt (usually /usr/local/lib/libmcrypt) ;mcrypt.algorithms_dir= ; Directory where to load mcrypt modes ; Default: Compiled in into libmcrypt (usually /usr/local/lib/libmcrypt) ;mcrypt.modes_dir= Anyway, if we use this function, we have to 1) check if mycrypt existed or not. Then issue a error for the users or 2) downgrade to previous version's method to avoid those function in the installer. It is not a easy work for most weberp users' to install a mcrypt extension IMHO. Any comments are appreciated for this. Best regards! Elements are already taken care of (w/out ugly messages). Basically before each section of dashboard code looks up similar permissions and only display section if authorized. Example. Overdue a/r section mirrors security based on a/r debtor balance script. So if you have no authorizations you get a blank page. If you set security token to 0 then users with no permissions get blank page. Each section of dashboard has security. No ugly message. If no access to page then just blank for that section. *Dear all,* Sorry for the mistake. I've received Tim's mail that those two functions are available since php4. The only thing needs to do is to make mcrypt module to be available. Best regards! Yes agree that we should allow older versions of php to still work with webERP - guess we need to identify the features that are causing the problem. I think this password security stuff was serakfalcons work - he may know the solution? *Dear all* I've installed webERP 4.11.5 this week and I have to downgrade the php to a lower level do to the user still use XP. And I found the installer do not work due to function mcrypt_create_iv() and crypt() not supported in lower version. And the dashboard also introduce some feature that not supported in php5.2. Although it's not recommened to use older version, we have to face the problem that some users still use it and it's needed in some situation. Can we fix this problem? Best regards! *Dear all,* Users are not allowed to change the type code of sales type when they edit the sales type. It seems not convenient for users. Accoding to the code in SalesTypes.php at line 252, it comments that "We dont allow the user to change an existing type code". Does this make sense? Best regards! Well the durable life and residual value are implicit in the depreciation rate. i.e. if you expect the item to have a life of 5 years with a residual value of 0 then the depreciation rate is 20% straight line. so in fact you only need to enter the depreciation rate Phil Phil Daintree Logic Works Ltd - +64 (0)275 567890 http://www.logicworks.co.nz On 23/10/14 23:08, Jiro Akits wrote: > Hi, Phil After the trial for two days. Hi: It does not work OK, as with this solution you get a unpleasant "The security settings on your account do not permit you to access this function." maybe the most elegant solution should be a config flag, and everybody can set accordingly to their wishes, I guess.
