This is a known issue. I believe latest code has been fixed it in repository. Problem is the program was expecting named sections in your data in the field 'groupby' on qatests. Expected something like Physicalproperty, Compliance and ProcessingConditions I believe. You can see the expected names in the code. Those names can be tailored to match your business. Also I believe I committed the code to the repo to allow blanks . I can look more closely when I'm back in the office. Andrew. Hi all: in sql/mysql folder now we have upgrade4.12-4.13 and upgrade4.12-4.13 SQL files. I guess one of them is not needed and we should unify them in just one file to get to 4.13. Am I right? Regards, Ricard |

*Hi, Phil,* Thank you very much for your quick response. Does that mean we should allow the labor be searchable in WorkOrderIssue.php? Currently, it only allow items classified as service and finished goods be searched in the selection field. Thanks and best regards! Hello Exson, I added this labour type stock categories so that items so that we could recover labour inside a bill of material. See the note in the change log. 13/9/08 Phil: Modified BOM.php, SelectProduct.php Stocks.php StockCategories.php WorkOrderIssues.php WorkOrderReceipts.php These changes allow entry of labour type stock categories - the stock categories script now allows selection of a profit and loss account for the recovery account (was the stock account). Items created (in Stocks.php) must be service/labour items - these can then be added to BOMs in the BOM.php script. Issues of such components will credit the recovery account and debit the WIP account. These items can also be set to auto-issue on receipt of finished items from work orders. *Dear all,* Thank you for your great contribution to webERP. When we select item category in WorkOrderIssue.php, the category was limited to Dummy and Finished goods. Beside dummy, there is also Labor category. What's the different between dummy and labor category? If the category selection in WorkOrderIssue.php is right, we can only define labor as dummy category. Why not directly define labor as Labor category? Any comments are highly appreciated! Thanks and best regards! Hi, I created a division id. selector to tag the report block ('<div id="Report">'). This could be used as a division id. selector for reports to style them as What-You-See (on screen) is What-You-Get (on printer) --e.g. look like the printed sheet of paper--. Also, I found a division without id. selector nor class selector (only "<div>"). It is nested inside the form tag. The style is inherited from other <div> before it. See "// div class=?" in GLBalanceSheet.php and GLProfit_Loss.php code. Any of you use a style "form div {...}" or have a purpose for this <div> ? Best regards, Rafael. ---------- Forwarded message ---------- From: <rc...@us...> Date: 2015-03-07 11:44 GMT-06:00 Subject: [Web-erp-svn] SF.net SVN: web-erp:[7206] trunk To: web...@li... Hi Phil, Sorry by the delay. Now I am back. About thead/tbody and javascript sorting function: Up to now, I do not have do enough tests nor deep studied the script. Theoretically, as I know, both should work together fine or --at least-- will be easy to fix any problem. I think we can have a nice media=print output, a div class for reports What-You-See (on screen) is What-You-Get (on printer) and sortable tables with fixed header/footer and scrolling body. The problem is some browsers that do not act as expected. There are some "hacks", but I "feel" they are not easy to undestand for a newbie in the script code (e.g. double header in tables; several relative blocks; etc.). I will keep you informed. Best regards, Rafael. Nice improvement - maybe we should have it in all tables - does it mess with Tim's javascript sorting function? Hello, If someone want to use scrolling of the table body independently of the header and footer (on screen), and a common header printed at the top of each page (on printer), uncomment the two lines with <thead> and <tbody> tags. This do not work on all browsers (?). There would need to be a change in the unique key I think in order to allow that to happen however I see this as 3 separate tests using the same "Method". For Plastics we measure "Melt Flow Rate". We use METHOD ASTM D1238. Depending on the type of Plastic you perform this measure using different weight and temperatures. We setup multiple tests like the below. 31 Melt Flow Rate @ 190°C - 2160g ASTM D 1238 PhysicalProperty g/10min Range Yes Yes Yes Yes Yes Edit<http://127.0.0.1/weberp/QATests.php?SelectedQATest=31> Delete<http://127.0.0.1/weberp/QATests.php?SelectedQATest=31&delete=1> 25 Melt Flow Rate @ 200°C - 5000g ASTM D 1238 PhysicalProperty g/10min Range Yes Yes Yes Yes Yes Edit<http://127.0.0.1/weberp/QATests.php?SelectedQATest=25> Delete<http://127.0.0.1/weberp/QATests.php?SelectedQATest=25&delete=1> 33 Melt Flow Rate @ 230°C - 2160g ASTM D 1238 PhysicalProperty g/10min Range Yes Yes Yes Yes Yes Edit<http://127.0.0.1/weberp/QATests.php?SelectedQATest=33> Delete<http://127.0.0.1/weberp/QATests.php?SelectedQATest=33&delete=1> 32 Melt Flow Rate @ 230°C - 3800g ASTM D 1238 PhysicalProperty g/10min Range Yes Yes Yes Yes Yes Edit<http://127.0.0.1/weberp/QATests.php?SelectedQATest=32> Delete<http://127.0.0.1/weberp/QATests.php?SelectedQATest=32&delete=1> 34 Melt Flow Rate @ 250°C - 10kg ASTM D 1238 PhysicalProperty g/10min Range Yes Yes Yes Yes Yes Edit<http://127.0.0.1/weberp/QATests.php?SelectedQATest=34> Delete<http://127.0.0.1/weberp/QATests.php?SelectedQATest=34&delete=1> 7 Melt Flow Rate @ 300°C - 1200g ASTM D1238 PhysicalProperty g/10min Range Yes Yes Yes Yes Yes Edit<http://127.0.0.1/weberp/QATests.php?SelectedQATest=7> Delete<http://127.0.0.1/weberp/QATests.php?SelectedQATest=7&delete=1> If I just said I wanted to test "Melt Flow Rate" measurement multiple times on the specification where would I say how each time I tested it which Temperature and weight to us? And in yours, when you say Test the "dimension", how do you specify which dimension to test. I don't think either of us is right or wrong. In order to do this your way we would have to add an additional identifier to the specification otherwise how will the person performing the test and entering the results know which "dimension" to enter their data in? If I were to ask you "What is the specification for measurement?" you couldn't answer. Unless I asked you "What is the specification for measurement A". So we need a place to store A on the specification. This might be a big change to downstream stuff too like entering results. More work than I would want to put in for Just setting up the same test 50 times (with slightly different description @ Loc 1, @ Loc 2, @Loc 3 etc). And Adding test to the spec is very easy this way Best Regards, Andrew Galuski ResMart LLC. 817.615.2038 (Office) 817.821.0544 (Cell) www.resmart.com -----Original Message----- From: ExsonQu [mailto:hex...@gm...] Sent: Thursday, March 05, 2015 4:04 AM To: web...@li... *Hi, Andrew,* For example I have 1 plastic product A. We have to measure the width, height, length, and other 30 key dimensions. These tests are just measuring a sample by a digital multimeter. In current setting, in order to prepare the specification for A, we have to set up 33 tests. Am I right? I'm wondering why we should set up 33 tests for dimension measure which following the same test procedure. Does it make more sense to allow one kind of QA test be applied many times for the same product? In another word, we just need set up one QA test for those 33 check points instead of set up 33 QA tests. Sorry for the poor explanation. Thanks and best regards! Yes. In order to apply to the specification or certification the test must be defined. So if for 1 product you test 4 different things than you define 4 different tests (or 50!). One test however can be used on multiple products. So the length test can be defined one time and put on multiple product specifications, each with different value. Example: Test Setup Length, Measured in cm, Range, Numeric value, show on Spec yes. Product A can have Length and have Minimum 2, Maximum 4 (must be Between 2 and 4) Product B can have length and have minimum 3, Maximum 5 (must be Between 3 and 5) Product C can have length and have no minimum, Maximum 6 (must be Less than 6) I hope that helps. If not let me know and I can try to provide more examples Best Regards, Andrew Galuski ResMart LLC. 817.615.2038 (Office) 817.821.0544 (Cell) www.resmart.com -----Original Message----- From: ExsonQu [mailto:hex...@gm...] Sent: Wednesday, March 04, 2015 11:33 PM To: web...@li... Hi Gilberto: Thank you, very much, for your comments. Yes, you are right. * While Accounting people want those statements to send them to managers, shareholders, tax-offices and banks-offices {they want turn on/off show budget; an easy to add feature to all statements}, * Treasury and Audit people use the statement of cash flows --as you point out-- to control sales, credit, collect (receivables), payments, etc. In some cases, the responsibilities for the accounts are segmented. As example, receivables: debits (funds use) on sales people and credits (funds generation) on collect people. This is the reason they want a "separated basis" (instead of "net basis") for showing accounts {other requirement: select net/separated basis}. For a net-basis and periods-in-months, we have 2 possibilities: 1. To use chartdetails table (as in GLBalanceSheet.php and in GLProfit_Loss.php); or 2. To use gltrans table. For a "separated-basis" and periods-in-days, we have only 1 possibility: 1. To use gltrans table. Other comments: * Show budget (Turn on) is possible if periods are in months (budget is net-basis and monthly-basis in chartdetails table). If anyone else has comments, suggestions or comments, I appreciate much to let me know.
