Hi Humberto,

This is a user's matter (support) more than a developer's matter. So I
moved to web...@li... .

As I told you (in Spanish), those problems are caused by the manual
manipulation of the database. Those changes are difficult to detect by the
install/update software.

You have to manually review users rights (Users Maintenance; Maintain
Security Tokens; Access Permissions Maintenance; Page Security Settings),
or roll back manual-changes to database and re-install/re-update.

[WebERP-developers] Transaction's Rollback failed

               I found a serious problem in WorkOrderReceive.php during
fixing a bug.

              The transaction roll back failed for following query statement
( It's around at line 450~454). 

                      	$SQL = "UPDATE locstock
				SET quantity = locstock.quantity + " . $QuantityReceived . "
				WHERE locstock.stockid = '" . $_POST['StockID'] . "'
				AND loccode = '" . $_POST['IntoLocation'] . "'";

                 All of others queries have been rolled back, but only this
one failed. It leads to stock quantity updated so the inventory quantity
become a mess. 

               Any comments are highly appreciated!

Hi all developers, I just updated from 4.03 to 4.12.2 ver.   I try to find
the error, but I couldnt , I just can not search the client to select it
SelectOrderItems.php
//Customer logins are not allowed to select other customers hence
in_array($_SESSION['PageSecurityArray']['ConfirmDispatch_Invoice.php'],
$_SESSION['AllowedPageSecurityTokens'])

No Customer Branch records contain the search criteria

Maybe  is  my config??? please any help will be appreciated

Log Severity Level:NoneErrors OnlyErrors andWarningsErrors, Warnings and
InfoAllChoose which Status messages to keep in your log file.Path to log
files:The path to the directory where the log files will be stored. Note
the apache user must have write permissions on this directory.
and analyze your log file what is going on.

2) look at your http://your-url-weberp/AuditTrail.php and find what you
want.

See what is your country base, currency base and if your are using same or
different currencies.

with this feew information that you make available this is what can i do.

[WebERP-developers] Price reduction on Invoices

Hi,

I am using version 4.09.1 and realised that whenever i raise an invoice for
a seemingly large amount, the price is reduced on the order and invoice and
i seem to be getting different error messages. please help as this is
urgent, need to get the invoice out to the customer. screenshots below. 

Stage 1: Price configured within the item price list

Hi,

In GLJournal.php (Main Menu -> General Ledger -> Journal Entry), with
number format 9.999,99 (dot for thousands, and coma for decimals; e.g.
Spanish), when we input an amount with cents the amount entered is x1000
(one thousand bigger).

I copied the way is done in Payments.php and CustomerReceipt.php, but I
still have the same problem. Any idea to trouble shooting this?

Thanks for the feedback.  Just got back into the office.  Hopefully the below will help you quickly - although many more fixes/improvements can be made longer term.



Lot/Serial in QA System is actually 25 in the database.  The limit is on the input screen (HTML Code) in SelectQASamples.php.  Quick fix is to expand the Lot serial field to 25 to match database.  I committed this code today. I will get to the DB change another time but it should allow 16 digit MAC address in Lot/Serial now.



Identifier wasn't meant to be the same as Lot/Serial.  It is a way to distinguish 2 samples of the same lot, like Test1, Test2 or StartRun, EndRun, retest, or A, B, C etc.  It is only 10 digits.  I am sure somebody can expand it if they use it for a different purpose.  Right now I don't have time.



Specification is already 25 (more than Stock id).  It doesn't need to match Stock ID because you can enter specifications for non-stock parts.  The QA System was built to not tie to stocks if you want so you can use it for Assets or period calibrations of equipment not in WebERP.

Not sure if you are using it but the system also is setup to allow auto-logging of samples from P/O Receipt and W/O Receipt (This is in the config).  A sample is created for each Lot/Serial if the flag is turned on. (Future modification is to split this into 2 parameters, one each for P/O and W/O)

The QA system only allows entry of lot/serial numbers and identifiers of length 15 characters.  Many of our parts are tracked by their MAC address which is 16 characters.



Serial/lot numbers in webERP can be 30 characters.

Stockid's can be 20 characters.



The Lot/serial number fields should match the size Stock file sizes.



The Identification should also match the serial number size.



Additionally, it would make inspection of serial numbered parts easier if there was a back link from the sample test entry page to the Select QA Sample page.

The QA system only allows entry of lot/serial numbers and identifiers of
length 15 characters.  Many of our parts are tracked by their MAC address
which is 16 characters.

Serial/lot numbers in webERP can be 30 characters.
Stockid's can be 20 characters.

The Lot/serial number fields should match the size Stock file sizes.

The Identification should also match the serial number size.

Additionally, it would make inspection of serial numbered parts easier if
there was a back link from the sample test entry page to the Select QA
Sample page.
