Hi,
Got around to checking this at last.  Have installed the 2.9.585 beta release 
on Debian 12. Was going to wait a week and go to Debian 13, but went ahead 
with this update anyway.

My notes issue has been fixed,  I get a popup about an image that can't be 
loaded, with one of my previous saves, I will look into that.

Any specific features I should test or will the upgrade to Trixie replace this 
version anyway?
