Do you mind if I include this under GPL into vym? I just added it to the
exports menu and could check it into the CVS now.

I am thinking about "extra XML" data in vym, maybe togethre with a form
editor like in Treeline. If someone volunteers (my time is limited) this
could offer great ways of preparing external processing like with
taskjuggler.
