#1493 Unexpected exit with CleanupXtErrorHandler
Version 1.3.0 as shipped with Ubuntu 16.04 LTS sometimes exits with
CleanupXtErrorHandler called
Error: Event with wrong window
as another application is launched on the local machine. For instance, running XFCE, launching kcalc from the menu causes a running xtightvncviewer to exit immediately with that error. However, launching kcalc from a terminal window is fine. https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=348227 seems to describe this issue too, with no obvious resolution.
(Apart from this, significant, issue, TightVNC seems great!)
I observe the same problem in stable debian (vncviewer 1.3.9). The issue is triggered by launching LyX, but other reports with unrelated apps shows it's generic issue with Qt-based apps, see e.g. https://github.com/qTox/qTox/issues/3061 .
