#274 Windows UWP app can not run from a VeraCrypt volume

I use VeraCrypt 1.23-Hotfix-2 on Windows 10 Pro x64 Build 1803 for keeping my projects, for source code to built binaries the whole build process. Everything goes well until I try to run an UWP app from the mounted VeraCrypt volume, either debug or release build. The build process runs fine, I was able to use the UWP process on a Raspberry Pi 2 B / Windows 10 IoT.

Some other people experienced this with VeraCrypt and TrueCrypt+VeraCrypt, too:

IDK the cause is a Windows restriction or something not implemented in VeraCrypt.
