#198 Fail with installation in Ubuntu 18.04

Hello,

I tried to install the Veracrypt version 1.22 in a new installation of Ubuntu 18.04 , but the script failed. I tried with the GUI and console scripts. The error is: gnome-terminal doesn't already support option "-e", use "--" instead. I tried to modify the script with this change, but when i runned it, the script verification failed.

Did you install VeraCrypt from the repository ppa:unit193/encryption?

I can confirm the version from the PPA BaggerMAN mentions installs just fine (although I do have a different issue with Veracrypt myself).
