Like the title says, I am getting a warning everytime I boot my PC telling me one or more system favorite volumes were not cleanly dismounted, which is unexpected in my understanding of things, because those volumes are supposed to be automatically mounted/dismounted when I turn on/off Windows... I've seen this error before, but only in the event I rebooted the PC while and non-system-favorite volume was still mounted or when I unplugged an external volume without dismounting it in VeraCrypt...
The installation is brand new, clean, with the latest version I got from the VeraCrypt site.
Here is all the steps from start:
Re-installed Windows 7 X64 from scratch on new drive
Installed drivers and a few programs
Encrypted C drive (Windows drive)
Rebooted, so far everything is working good, with the pre-windows boot loader VeraCrypt driver
Plugged my 5 other disks encrypted with VeraCrypt in 5 SATA ports
Mounted the 5 disks in VeraCrypt
Added the 5 disks to system favorite volumes
Now, everytime I reboot, after I get into Windows, I get the following error: Warning: One or more system favorite volumes were not cleanly dismounted and thus may contain filesystem errors. Please see the system event log for further details. Using a corrupted filesystem can cause data loss or data corruption. You should check the affected system favorite volume(s) for errors (right-click each of them in VeraCrypt and select 'Repair Filesystem').
This is unexpected. I thought that when I added volumes to system favorites, I could just forget about those and that everything was taken care of automatically. I worked with system favorite volumes before in Windows 10 and I did not get this error.
Please help,
Thanks.

I did like said above. Most were already checked except "entering power saving mode", which I checked.
After reboot, I got the same error message. I also tried to uncheck "Allow only administrators to view and dismount system favorite volumes in VeraCrypt" in the "Organize system favorite volumes" window, but I still have the same message after reboot.
Any other ideas?

Alright thanks... I'll just try to remember to dismount all drives before exiting Windows. This was not happening in Windows 10, it's just since I rebuilt the computer with Windows 7.
Thanks for help!

The only other idea I have is to setup a hot key to dismount all volumes (Settings > Hot Keys) and use the hot key before you shutdown your PC.
