New tablet, old is deleted. Can i rescue data?

Hey.
I had a Surface there i created the hidden container at a external hard drive.
The old urface is broken now.
I sent it to Microsoft already, that they send me a new one.
I still can open the hidden container at my external hard drive on my new Surface
I also see the Folders and datas and if i decrypt the hidden Folder at my new computer.
But i have no permissions to open a single of them.
Is there any possibility to safe the datas, and that i can watch and work with them again?
