Hey.
I had a Surface there i created the hidden container at a external hard drive. Surface is broken now.
I sent it to Microsoft already, that they send me a new one.
I still can open the hidden container at my external hard drive on my new Computer. I also see the Folders and datas and pics and Videos if i decrypt the hidden Folder at my new computer.
But i have no permissions to open a single of them.
Is there any possibility to safe the datas, and that i can watch and work with them again?
This is a typical permission issue on files that were associated with a user that doesn't exist anymore (since Windows was reinstalled).
This is not a VeraCrypt issue but rather a general Windows one. Yo can do an internet search on this kind of issue to try to find a solution.
