#615 Base repair damages the ship.

I noticed only after r13263 that thrusters & computer aren't repaired.
Several attempts with Ship Info screenshots revealed that thrusters are shown as damaged correctly, because Flight Characteristics DECREASED with each "Basic Repair" (i took off and docked several times to get repeated repairs).

How to reproduce: equip a ship, get into fight until thrusters are damaged, dock, save Ship Info, try to repair it at a base and look at the difference.

Do you have a savegame you could attach?

I have never experienced it with my ships, and it would probably be ship-dependant.

I could not reproduce the "stats still downgraded" bug, but I did find the bug that keeps the thruster/etc damage flag red.
Committed a fix at revision 13301.

Let me know if the stats are still bad, and if so, attach a savegame so that I can reproduce it.
