Responding to an email from last June regarding "no disk in drive D:" errors coming from SDL/Tux Paint... Someone commented on this with a potential work-around on Tux Paint's bug tracker over at sourceforge: http://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=2494454&group_id=66938&atid=516295 "Workaround: disable D: drive in Device Manager, run TuxPaint config, change something and save. TuxPaint runs fine. Then enable D: drive, TuxPaint runs fine too." -bill!
