I've also added feedback from TOYAMA Shin-ichi related to building libgsf which requires a configure switch --without-python if Python isn't installed (I have Python installed). Regarding the new Tuxpaint Makefile structure (a great improvement!) I've checked in a few Win32 related fixes and updated the build instructions. CVS Tuxpaint now builds here flawlessly using just 'make' and 'make install'. To build the standalone, re-distributable version (as opposed to the development version that only works inside MSYS) just use 'make bdist-win32' as before. I've not thoroughly tested this version but it looks good so far, cheers, John. |
