That version was release 2019 although the version number is more advanced. The size of the file is smaller, too. From the same author but the date seems indicate that's an older version. Interestingly, the look of that version is different. It's smaller and it has setting export feature . The one on this site does not have that feature yet. Conclusion...it's hard to say which one it more advanced but the version number on that page is definitelly higher.

Sorry for the bad english, but heres how i fixed this bug on my mate de, thanks @glisign for the hint. As i understand, this issue is caused by ibus input framework (enabled by default in ubuntu mate variants) which reads your raw input and interpret them to non latin character if you enable their respective language support. But in this case, transgui reads both the raw input and the output character that ibus spits out (in this case just latin character map 1-1) thus doubling the keyboard input....

this issue is caused by ibus input framework (enabled by default in ubuntu mate variants) doubling input keys after "killall ibus-daemon" this problem was resolved on my Ubuntu Mate 16.04.1 system

still an issue, however i find that the issue lies with the desktop enviornment, when i run gnome or kde i don't get this problem... but since i use cinnamon, lxde, or xfce (no longer even install gnome or kde) this is ALWAYS an issue. Input method does nothing to fix the issue, Running Debian 9.2 (Stretch) AMD64 (perhaps the issue is 64-bit related?)

After leaving in frozen state for many hours, app has sprung back to life. Must've been a big database rebuild or whatnot.

I confirm: The version on SF.net fails on High sierra, but the one on Github works. @leonsoft when are you going to ditch SF alltogether and move everything to Github ? Thanks for the good work.

Hello, I think so, and the version on GITHUB is up to date, no 404 html error on the update search, nor flags. In addition, it works fine, see a little more responsive, and the transgui.ini file is the same.
