#910 Transmission Remote GUI gives 403:Forbidden Unauthorized IP address

Hello,

When I try to connect remotely to transmission using Transmission Remote GUI, I get the error 403: Forbidden Unauthorized IP address. Either disable the whitelist or add your IP to it.

I do not like the Transmission Web Interface that much, so this seemed like an option until it gave the error. Is there anyway to fix this? Is this a problem on the client or server side?
