Hmmm, the prior PDF works fine now and I did selection the text tool. But this PDF derived from my statistic package is still in trouble. Let me upload it. PS: Now I use the macOS Tahoe 26.1 released yesterday.

OK. Let me upload one of the PDF files which has the issue. For this file, the selection not only marks contents, but also it will trigger scolling of the document.

Hello, Christiaan Thank you for your feedback and I really appreicate work you and your team have done to maintain this wonder PDF reader. I really like it. However, Apple's native Preview app does not have this issue. I don't prefer to switch back to Preview because its user interface absolute is inferior to Skim. Thanks.
