If you want to compile TiLP on Windows, you should not use the TiLP SDK. Th=
e SDK is provided for building apps against libs.

The best thing to do: retrieve source code of 3 libs and TiLP. Uncompress t=
hem and rebuild. But, do you really want to do that  ? It may be a bit tedi=
ous...
