Follow-up to r9230 for the ''follow-up(s)'' translation which didn't work (forgot to use `len()` and there was #G371 anyway).

l10n/fr: translation updates up to r9230 and a few additional whitespace related clean-ups (100%)

l10n: automatic extraction, up to r9230 (ignore)

i18n: field labels are now translated in the list of fields returned by `TicketSystem.get_ticket_fields`.

The `TicketSystem.get_ticket_label_fields` helper method has been kept, for convenience.

Also deal with the "typographic" localization needed for the ticket fields.

Closes #8055.
