#216 branch: it seems that r6791 was missing from previous merges, integrating it now.

MultipleRepositorySupport branch: in log view, integrate changeset and revisionlog links into the same ''Rev'' column.

This is now consistent with the browser and saves some horizontal space, which can be used to display author information without wrapping.

Also, make the verbose mode a bit nicer, making the table itself less apparent.

MultipleRepositorySupport branch: rework r6465 so that the changeset icon (direct link to the changeset) is now in the ''Revision'' column.

Add a new ![[RepositoryIndex]] macro.

Supports `format` (''table'' and '''compact''' mode) and `glob` parameters.

At this occasion, get away from a few usage of <py:def>s, replacing them with template snippets or helper function, as appropriate (related to #6374).

MultipleRepositorySupport branch: `#dirlist` replaced by `table.dirlist`

As the repository index and the listing for the default repository will be shown at the toplevel browser view, we can't use `dirlist` as the `id` for both. Use a `dirlist` class instead.
