MultipleRepositorySupport branch: in log view, integrate changeset and revisionlog links into the same ''Rev'' column.
This is now consistent with the browser and saves some horizontal space, which can be used to display author information without wrapping.
Also, make the verbose mode a bit nicer, making the table itself less apparent.
