TracTimeline navigation fixes:
- use the request's timezone for defining 'today' (#4758)
- keep the current ''daysback'' parameter in the navigation links
- fix the check for the ''Next period'' link (#4757)

Thanks to Sergei Haller for reporting those issues and providing a patch for #4757.

The ticket and wiki diff view are now using basically the same diff_view.html template. The wiki_diff.html template is only there to conditionally add a form to the generic one (as this was the only [diff:trunk/templates/ticket_diff.html@...//trunk/templates/wiki_diff.html@... difference]).

revert r4759's reversion or r4665 (fixes #4744)

The Context.resource property getter was somewhat flawed, as a new resource was always recreated. Fixes #4745.

revert r4665 since it actually breaks the unit tests instead of fixing them
