I am sorry to open this as another ticket but there is no answer or respond button.
I tried to uninstall TexStudio completely and erase all user files.
The only way I managed to restore normality was by uninstalling TeXStudio and install TexStudio v. 2.8.8.
As for OS, I use Windows 8.
I can also say that I installed v. 2.9.4 on a friends computer (Windows 7) and this bug did not appear.

    do you have a high resolution screen or have you changed the magnification factor on windows ?
