Unfortunately this is a repeatable bug but only under some specfic (unknown) circumstances. Once the app gets changed (eg a new message is written) the crashing stops. The users have not been able to repeat the error. It has happened to 3 of the testers, however, so it is frequent enough to warrent finding and fixing. When you edit a .logininfo file, the plone.username property must be set to the name that we need to log in as to retrieve the calendar, and it must match the password. For our deployment, we're not logging in as the individual user, but as the special access user for retrieving the calendar data. The conduit was working as designed -- it was just getting a null calendar from Plone due to the bad username info. I've fixed this for the waba, waba2, and "LG" user.
