Summary: PDA Messaging App Crashing w Nav Buttons

Initial Comment:
In the message list, using the nav buttons (or the up
down error) cause the PDA to crash and lock up,
requiring a hard reset.   Unfortunately this is a
repeatable bug but only under some specfic (unknown)
circumstances.  Once the app gets changed (eg a new
message is written) the crashing stops.  The users have
not been able to repeat the error.

It has happened to 3 of the testers, however, so it is
frequent enough to warrent finding and fixing.

The PDB files from one of the testers (on the PDA that
is actively in "crash mode") have been captured for
testing purposes.
