Summary: "To" list not updating

Initial Comment:
In the "New Message" screen - the To list is not
updating properly.

On first entering the list, everything is fine.  Add a
person, exit the list and re-enter and the tick box
beside the name is blank.  They are still in the to
list, just not being visualized.

This has two issues:

1.  You cannot see who is getting a message under
"multiple recipients"
2.  You cannot remove someone who you previously put on
the list.

NOTE: a workaround was found for #2 -- pressing "ALL"
then "NONE" does clear the list.

Looks good to me.  Able to add, change, delete recipients
and the list persists as expected.
