I have used your software without problems for years. I even purchased the software in 2018.
I changed my computer and since reinstalling it, it's impossible to use it.
I thought that my version was obsolete, that the transition from Windows from 32 to 64 bit could be the cause so I bought another version but the problem persists. The windows double every time I try to do anything, I tried creating a new plan and same thing happens.
I have Windows 11 64 family and all my drivers are up to date.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times and the same happens.

Turning off Nahimic service generally fixes this issue.
