Can it be possible to implement registration for user
who would like to comment on the blog?

This could be added with and option to use it or not,
since not all blog will like to use this.

For the code, there would need for an interface for
registration (email, account, name etc.), and when
posting the user would need to be logged in. (The
LOGIN button now would have multiple uses)

This would enable manager on certain site, to control
what is being commented on their blog.

I like very much this blog engine because it can be
implemented WITHOUT the need for a SQL database. And
it's very easy to set up.

There is a new (undocumented) blacklist for IP in 0.4.8. However, IPs are easy to
spoof, so I'm not sure what it would really help.

To use the black list in 0.4.8, create a text file called "blacklist.txt" in the
"config" directory. Then add addresses in the 127.0.0.1 format separated by a |.
    In other words, it's a pipe-delimited file.
