Summary: Add new robot and make it drive at least 1 car set (LS-GT1?)

Preamble

The kilo2008 robot has fought in the previous years in the TRB championships. It is based on the Locus robot released by Andrew. It drives quite safe but sometimes wee bit too gallant when giving way getting overlapped.

It does not have a default setup so it cannot drive a track without a corresponding setup for it. This must change to make it a generally usable robot for each track in SD. It currently supports only 2 cars.

1. Meld the code used in the TRB champs into SD - Done!

5. Tailored setup for the LS-GT1 car set - WIP
6. Support for timed sessions

Progress

2) r2827 - The robot looks for a car+track custom setup, in the folder named like the car, in a file named after the track. If there is no such custom setup present, it observes the characteristics of the track and decides which of the 3 default setups to use (def-slow.xml for slow tracks, def-norm.xml for normal ones, def-fast.xml for fast tracks).

4) r3017 - On lower skill, the robot brakes earlier, accelerates softer and does not use full width of the track.

Drivers #5 & 6 - Team Archi Radianti
Team Archi Radianti is sponsored by an Italian architect company. Their work mainly incorportes large-scale city projects and motorways in difficult landscapes. The team runs 2 Archer R9 cars entering several long-distance championships. Their drivers: #1 Davide 'Aculeo' Secchi is a real archetype of the young, hot-headed Italian (aculeo means sting in English). He won't let go of the throttle pedal even in the last lap of a race, so he can crash his car anytime. He is the one who will try taking over on every possibility. He's been racing since age 5, hands always covered with oil and dust. #2 Kirsten Nygaard-Iversen is the cool-but-deadly Danish blonde of the team. She speaks seldom but uses Italian curses perfectly. Even though you'd expect her sit on top of a sandy dune, gazing silently at the far far away, she is a maths excellence and computes optimum curves in a second. Watch out for her widening the track anytime, anywhere...

Help needed

1) Prettying the Archers. Put on some labels etc while keeping the original logo. I'll upload the corresponding XCF file soon. Please contact me if you have some spare time for this.
