Xavier Bertaux

Hailing from France comes one of the two project leaders, Xavier Bertaux. He coordinates efforts within the team alongside Jean-Phillipe Meuret as his main task, as well as implementing a very wide assortment of new gameplay features for Version 2.0.

he prepared the migration of the new graphics engine based on OpenSceneGraph? and he's manage also the new dynamic sky's implementation. it is also responsible for the weather's implementation.

ideas for the future of games is:

• The network games (local and/or Internet)
• A better Career mode with functions purchases
• Further improve the sky
• Better weather's management with all robots that handle the rain
• A new graphics engine
• The ForceFeedback?
• A setup page for cars
• A visual management DAMAGES
• A fault management
• A management best time players by ftp

Trivia

• Xavier is a fan of Geoff Crammond's Grand Prix series of PC games.
• Contrary to Haruna and Gabor, Xavier holds a fairly strong interest in open-wheel racing. Rallying seems to hold some of his interest as well.
