#744 Tire or Brake squeal while rolling

To duplicate:
At corkscrew, bring car to a stop at top of hill before corkscrew.
Place in Neutral.
Let car roll down hill. At low kph (3 or 4) tire squeal is audible.

I think it is fixed in r5330. Although some rare and light squeal might be heard, I think this is because of a tire is momentarily unloading and actually sliding when it touches the ground again.
