I updated Speed Dreams to 2.2.3, and now music plays in 1.5 seconds snippets after a race.
The only way to fix it is to restart the game, or disable the music.

Please disable the Menu Music in Options->Sound menu.
This should be fixed for the next release by commit [r7639]
