The current release for MacOS contains all the OSG plugins.
It would be smaller if only the required plugins are packaged.

Windows ships with several deprecated OSG plugins.
Determine if they are required.

    For Windows, with [r7920] we no longer build all the OSG plugins and applications when packaging the 3rdParty dependencies.
    This cut the OSG build time by one third.
