Internal server errors or communication problems sometimes cause blank pages to display in browsers when doing quizes with Moodle (and posssibly with browsing anything else). Forcing page reload in IE, FF or Opera helps (Ctrl-R or F5). Unfortunately in SEB Windows 1.8 there seems to be no keyboard shortcut to reload the page (there is cmd-R in SEB for Mac OS). Therefore when getting a blank page during Moodle quiz, students need to workaround by re-starting SEB and re-logging to Moodle. This is obviously time-consuming.
A keyboard shortcut or another form of user interface is needed to force current page reload.

Hello,
yes, reloading the current page using F5 did not work.
Please download the newest version SEB Windows 1.8.2:
https://sourceforge.net/projects/seb/
which now enables reloading using F5, provided that in the
config file MsgHook.ini, "EnableF5=1" is set (which is the new
default setting in the MsgHook.ini delivered with the release).
